Where is the Log Analytics workspace key?
Your Log Analytics keys are no longer under Advanced Settings, they're under Agents management. You now get two separate tabs, one for Windows and one for Linux. Its now even easier to find azure Log Analytics keys for agent management.

Rename workspace
The platform currently relies on the uniqueness of workspaces names. The effort required to support workspace rename can t fit in current semester due to higher priority items unfortunately, but we will consider it for the next semester.
A Log Analytics workspace can't be moved from one region to another. But you can use an Azure Resource Manager template to export the workspace resource and related resources.
Perform the following steps to correct the issue. Remove extension from Azure portal. Install the agent following the instructions. Restart the agent by running the following command: sudo /opt/microsoft/omsagent/bin/service_control restart .

How do I install Microsoft monitoring agent on Azure VM?
- In the Azure portal, go to Log Analytics, select your workspace and click the Advanced Settings Icon.
- Click Connected Sources, and then select Windows Servers.
