Is the Ray 9 good in Jailbreak?
Excellent launch, good for getting away from dangerous situations. The Ray 9 reaches top speed in a fair amount of time, and should be more than enough most players need. It handles very well and does not slip around.
Handling is phenomenal. It can turn at high speeds and can perform turns in the City easily, making the 3rd best handling cars in Jailbreak, only beaten by the Classic and the Megalodon.
The Delorean is not just the best car in Roblox Jailbreak, it may be the most useful as well. This shoutout to the Back to the Future series has hovering capabilities. Not only can it outspeed most vehicles on land, it can take players across bodies of water. That gives it more versatility than any other car.
However, if speed was the main factor in consideration, the fastest car would be Brulee (Bugatti or Veyron).
The Brulee (formerly named Bugatti) is a now-unobtainable hypercar in Jailbreak, added in the Jewelry Store Update of June 4th, 2017. It is the fastest car in the game, even beating the Torpedo.

The Lamborghini also has an extremely fast top speed, and due to the top speed, now it's proven to be faster than Roadster in top speed due to acceleration buff.

Long story short: The Volt Bike is fantastic. It isn't the best vehicle in Roblox Jailbreak, or even the fastest vehicle, but it is one of the best overall. It has had a nerf or two, but it remains an excellent choice for Jailbreak players. Its first noticeable stat is its top speed.
At what level can you get nukes?
The Nuke is released in the Nukes Update of May 3, 2020. Players can unlock one free nuke launch per season by reaching level 10. They can also purchase one for the high price of 20,000 Robux.
Eclaire is by far much faster than Roadster. It goes 285 mph without spoiler which is crazy. Its even faster than Roadster even it is level 1 which is crazy. It has great off-road capabilities and reverse speed and its 100k less than Roadster.

What is the Deja's top speed jailbreak?
It is just behind the Raptor, and a bunch of other vehicles. After its buff, once it hits 118 MPH, it overdrives to 138 MPH, which is slightly faster than the Model 3, SUV, and Badger. However, it is behind the Raptor, Drone, Ray and Steed.
Maximum reverse speed is fair at around 51 MPH, placing it around the likes of the M12 Molten and the NASCAR (Free). Surpisingly fast for a tow truck, the launch is well above average.
